Search Term Hits

The search term hits page generates a list of search results, per term entered. Terms can be run against the entire matter, or any source on the site – such as saved searches, loads, and folders.

Inclusions can be added, so in addition to direct hits, there are additional counts that include full families, near duplicates, or email threading hits.

Users can preview hit results by clicking into the document counts, or download a hit report in PDF or CSV format.

Ability to Add Multiple Values when running metadata searches

Like text searching, numerous values can now added when searching with metadata.

Administrative

Metadata Exclusions for Redacted & Slipsheeted Documents

Metadata can now be excluded for slipsheeted and redacted documents. When metadata is slated to be excluded on production, all objective, third-party, and subjective fields will be absent from the load file.

Production load files can now be independently downloaded

A production’s load files can be downloaded through the UI via the new ‘download load files’ option found in the action's submenu next to a production.

Background Processing Page Improvements

The background processing page now has a new ‘Actions’ column. This menu allows users to cancel background processes and now ‘export to CSV’, which downloads a csv listing all documents affected by the background process.

For lists of documents that error in a background process, users can now us the ‘Send Results To’ button, to send the documents to a folder for further investigation.

Near Duplicate Detection Algorithm Changes

The near duplicate algorithm used to match documents during near duplicate detection. This will result in more documents be matched, and the assigning of more accurate similarity percentages.

CloudStreamer: Produced Loading

The CloudStreamer application now allows users to load produced document sets. The application all but removes metadata mapping requirements, as it auto-learns from previous site mappings, and automatically recognizes utility mappings.
