Version 55 - December 2021
Review
Term highlighting now accepts proximity search terms
- Users can apply proximity terms to their highlighting sets, where the entire proximity hit will be
highlighted. Here’s an example:
- Term: Nic* w/ 5 steal
- Sentence: In ‘National Treasure’, Nicolas Cage tries to steal the declaration of independence.
Administrative
Redaction fields have been added to the default production metadata list
‘Is Redacted’ and ‘Redaction Reason’ fields have been added to the default metadata list for productions.
Report Generation on Near Duplicate Process completion
Users will now be sent a report via email as soon as their near duplicate process has completed. The report will have two tabs outlining 1.) the near duplicate matching at the document level, and 2.) the overall processing results (total processed, total unique, total duplicates, etc.)
Produced load metadata re-mapping through the UI
Users can now re-map third-party fields to objective fields – after the load has been finalized. Example, you have ‘file extension’, ‘file extension’, and ‘EXTENSION’ fields on your matter, but you only want to see a single field when searching or exporting metadata. These three fields can now be moved to the objective ‘file extension’ field, which will ensure a single extension field going forward.
Production process and UI optimizations
- Production zipping speeds have been significantly improved.
- The production status bar will now indicate when a production is zipping.
