Dashboard ‘Recent’ panel refactor
The accordion style panel has been replaced with a single collapsible panel containing a single selection dropdown with the following new ‘Recent’ options:
- Folders: lists recently viewed folders, and the time of the viewing.
- Coding: lists recently coded documents, and the time of the coding.
- Redactions: lists the recently redacted document, the redaction reason, and the time of the redaction.
Reviewer dashboard graph updates
In lieu of the new ‘recent folders’ feature, the recent folders card has been removed from the reviewer dashboard.
The new ‘Document Coding’ pie graph has been added, which displays the percentage of coding each listed field in the group accounts for. Users can choose which coding group is displayed.
Example:
- Group: Review Coding
- Responsive (57%, 12 documents)
- Not Responsive (33%, 7 documents)
Administrative
Coding administration page field display updates
Before this change, multiple choice and multiple checkbox tags were displayed on the coding page by just the name of the tag. Now, they are listed alongside all the fields within, which is in- line with how the tag and fields will appear in the viewer.
Progress metrics are now displayed when adding or editing a custodian
Kicking off a custodian update or editing process will now display 0 to 100% metrics on the background processing page.
‘View Admin Dashboard’ permissions have been added to the Roles page
Under the ‘Dashboard’ section of the roles page, you can now choose whether a role has access to the admin dashboard.
The default ordering of production metadata has been updated
This updated default sort is now in-line with the ordering one would see in a standard ESI agreement.
