Matter Agent
Rational Review now includes Matter Agent as a Pre-Release feature, which is an agentic AI interface that lets you drive complex e-discovery workflows through natural language. Rather than navigating menus and executing tasks manually, you can instruct Matter Agent to search and code documents, queue privilege reviews, build production sets, generate analytics, and more—all within a single conversational session. Matter Agent operates with full transparency, surfacing a live action log of everything it's doing and requesting confirmation before executing any bulk or irreversible change. Available at the matter level requiring explicit permissions, Matter Agent is designed to put the power of your entire review workflow at your fingertips.

Meeting Room
The new Meeting Room page allows users to interact with lifelike virtual personas to support matter investigations and strategic analysis. Users can initiate video and audio sessions or text-based conversations. Personas can have knowledge bases associated with them to provide contextual responses.
Image Captioning
Loaded images will now have a caption generated for them describing what the image is of. The caption will appear in the "Summary" coding field.
Improvements
Document Automation Rules
Document Automation Rules now support coding fields with coding field options (i.e. Multiple Choice, Multiple Checkbox, and Single Select Dropdown) as criteria. Different options can be selected to configure the rule.
Sentiment Highlighting
Highlighting the generated document sentiments is now more precise.
Pre-Release
Data Reduction Page
The Data Reduction Page allows users to detect spam documents and irrelevant images (e.g. low quality, blank, screenshots, and other configurable options). Once identified, they can be viewed and selected for removal.
