Version 69 - October 2023
Review
Clustering
Ability to identify groups of similar documents based on text analysis. This allows for the prioritization of relevant or non-relevant clusters. Improves early case assessment by identifying key concepts across various data sets, as well as provide an immediate analysis of incoming productions by grouping the new and/or existing document sets into relevant topics.
Predictive Coding Improvements
- Allow users to train or predict from the UI
Review Queues Stability
- Stability improvements made to assignment checkouts
Multi-language Identification
Detected languages are more accurate now and are broken down into percentages if documents contain more than one language.
Viewer
AI Document Summary and Sentiment Analysis
Summarize documents using Artificial Intelligence. Text summary can be generated while viewing or reviewing a document. Sentiment analysis can also be displayed in Viewer, showing percent values for positive, negative and neutral document themes.
PDF Redactions
Redact native pdfs and produce them even as images, without needing to create images first.
Image Transcribed Media Files
Users can generate text for audio and/or video files if they contain spoken words. This is where we transcribe the audio and video files. The transcription then creates the text component. New functionality is added to be able to Image a document from the text component. That results in an image component containing the language from the audio or video that can be redacted.
Keyboard Shortcuts
To save time during review use keyboard shortcuts have been added to redact both images and spreadsheets. Clicking ‘R' on a keyboard when in the image component of a document should work as if the user clicked the rectangular redaction button. Clicking 'R’ again should deselect the redaction action. When a user has cells selected, clicking 'R' should apply the redaction.
Search
Detected Language Display and Predicate Added
“Detected Languages” predicate is now available when running a search.
Search Term Hits – Predicate Parser
Search Term Hits now supports "AND" & "OR" operators. For example, "cat AND dog" will return documents only where both ‘Cat’ and ‘Dog’ are present, while "cat OR dog" will return any documents where only cat is present, only dog is present, and where both dog and cat are present.
Administrative
User Creation Wizard
Users can now set up a new user by copying over settings from an existing user.
Imaging Documents from Text Component
There is now a checkbox that allows users to image from the text component.
