New Features
Aggregate Email Thread Stats
The following is shown as aggregate statistics in the viewer Email Threads panel:
- Date range of the thread: (first email sent date, to last email sent date).
- Number of unique custodians recognized in the thread
- Total number of emails in the thread
- Total number of attachments in the thread.
Bulk Translations
Translations of existing text components. The translations can be searched via a full text search and are viewable, downloadable, and producible. Translation overlaying has been added to provide a way to create translations offline and upload to the site. Translation overlays are executed and work exactly like Text Overlay and Native Overlay.
Nested Proximity Search
Nested Proximity expands existing proximity search to allow proximity operations to be performed within the same query. An example of which would be Quick w/3 Fox w/5 Over. This example would search for text where the word "Quick" exists within 3 words of "Fox" and both of those collectively exist within 5 words of "Over".
Nested Proximity is fully compatible with existing text search features such as Fuzzy and Wildcard Search.
Improvements
Background Process Reprioritization
Performance of BGP reprioritization has been improved with more efficient database interaction and checks to ensure the highest priority process is being worked on first.
Near Duplicate Optimizations
Optimized retrieval of text content to improve stability on larger sites.
Predictive Coding Chart Options
All charts now have a download option.
Search predicates in the Document Metadata group
The search predicates under the Document Metadata group on the Search page have been reordered in terms of importance.

AI Insights Landing Page (Feature Flagged)
This feature aims to achieve the following objectives:
- AI Overview - Provide insights for how AI features are being used in the matter.
- Usage Data - Provide usage information for AI features.
- Auditing – Review AI usage feedback.
System Alerts (Feature Flagged)
The Alerts Feature aims to give users the ability to configure alert settings for different system activities, enhancing their monitoring and management capabilities. This feature will enable users to receive timely notifications about significant events within the application.
