Version 50 - January 2021
Review
Position of document a user is on in the viewer is now displayed
The viewer now displays what number document a user is on in a list (ex. 5 of 3000)
Relationship coding UX Improvements
If users were coding documents with full families, they would have to re-choose the option after each coding designation. Now, the “Code Families” option is static.
Clicking “review and next” when reviewing with relationships will bring the user to next unreviewed document in the list, skipping any children documents that were coded in the relationship coding action.
“Send results to” search feature
Users can now send search results to a folder or review queue, without first executing the search.
Subfolder creation UX improvement
Creating subfolders now works just like parent folders, where the folder is selected by default after creation.
Notifications in the notification center are no longer cleared after logging out
Notifications will now persist indefinitely.
Administrative
Production components per folder maximums can now be defined
Before this release, production components of each type would go into a single folder - I.e., if a production had 100,000 images, all 100,000 images would go in the ‘Images’ folder. Now, users can specify the component maximum (I.e., 2,000 per folder), which will prevent the performance degradation seen when placing too many files in a single folder.
