Review

Viewer Text Searching: indication has been added when a term does not hit

Previously, if there was no match for a term, there was no indication to a user, and they would only be able to tell this by clicking the ‘next term’. Now, there’s an indication to the user when a term doesn’t match.

The date has been added to the loads dialog on the search page

Previously, the date associated with a load wasn’t shown when adding a load to search. This made it increasingly difficult to find the load you wanted to choose. Now, the dates have been added, which allows the modal to match the sort that is also on the loads page.

Redaction UX optimizations

  • The zoom and rotate buttons will now disappear from the viewer when the redaction tool is enabled.
  • The viewer will now automatically scroll with the user's mouse when applying redactions, should the content being redacted exceed the width of the page.

Administrative

Background processes can now be canceled

Site admins can now cancel running background processes right from the UI, via the ‘cancel process’ option in the actions menu.

Produced document download optimizations

When produced documents are downloaded, and the download includes documents that have been produced more than one time, the most recent production components will be downloaded (unless a production is manually selected).

Changes to the default production enclosures and delimiters

  • Per SEC and DOJ standards, we have changed the default enclosures and delimiters to:
    • Comma ASCII character (020)
    • Quote þ ASCII character (254)

Document Overlay Optimizations

  • The following four new ‘overlay’ fields have been added to document metadata, allowing users to track which documents were overlayed:
    • Overlay (Metadata)
    • Overlay (Images)
    • Overlay (Natives)
    • Overlay (Text)
  • Users can now upload PDFs and JPGs for Image Overlays
  • BGP: Overlay reporting at the document level (Images)
  • BGP: Overlay reporting at the document level (Native)

Maintenance Endpoint UI

  • Site admins can now run maintenance endpoints right from the RRC interface.

BegAttach & EndAttach has been added to default production metadata
