File Type Recognition

Each file extension on-site is now categorized into a new ‘file type’ field. Users can search, filter, or export this field. Example, searching with ‘Spreadsheet’ filetype will return all documents with an extension of csv, xls, xml, etc.

Subjective Coding add to document list filters

Document list filters now include subjective coding, where users can reference coding counts or cull documents based on the coding applied to the documents in the list.

The ‘Produced Document Name’ value has been added to document metadata

Users can now display the produced names of documents in a document list or export the produced names for documents in a CSV.

Document ‘highlights’ can now be converted to redactions

Users can now convert highlights to redactions by clicking on the ‘edit’ icon on a highlight (cog- wheel icon) and clicking ‘convert to redaction.’

The last used redaction reason will be used by default for the conversion.

Single Document Print Optimizations

Clicking the print button in the viewer now simply opens the print preview for most file types.

Certain file types, such as spreadsheets will still require images. Users will be asked if they would like to generate images prior to the print preview being generated.

Single Document Download Optimizations

Clicking the download button in the viewer now displays a sub-menu, where only the options available for that document (or produced version) are displayed.

Administrative

Active background processes can now be reprioritized

A new ‘Priority’ column has been added to the background processing page, where users can now set priority on active background processes, should one process be more urgent than another.

CloudStreamer now accommodates PDFs as images when loading produced media.
