Review
Administrative Dashboard Redesign
Previous dashboard sections (loads, review, and productions) have been consolidated into single modifiable graphs.
New graphs have been added.
Native redactions for spreadsheets
Users can now select and redact spreadsheet cells, rows, columns, and tabs in the viewer.
On production, all selected redactions appear opaque in the native file, and all redacted text and hidden content is not accessible.
3D CAD file viewing *
Compatible CAD filetypes can now be rendered as 3D instead of 2D via a new ‘View 3D Model’ button below the zoom buttons in the viewer.
Users can interact with the 3D model by zooming in with their mouse, dragging the model around to turn and flip it, and by changing the background color of the viewer, should a better contrast be desired.
Copy coding from previous document feature
With this new button users can now copy coding to the document they are on, from the document they were previously on.
New queue assignment toggle for hiding reviewed documents
Users can now choose whether reviewed documents are hidden in their assignment document lists. When entering an incomplete assignment, hiding reviewed documents improves the process of navigating to the next unreviewed document in the assignment.
The ‘load name’ in the viewer places tab is now clickable
Users can now navigate to a documents associated load by clicking on the load name in the viewer.
Edit saved search feature & saved search enhancements
A new ‘Save’ button can be clicked after a saved search has been modified. Clicking save will update the original saved search with the modifications.
Users can now save searches right from the search page.
Administrative
‘Reviewed By’ field has been added to document metadata
This field outlines the user(s) who reviewed a document and can now be used in document lists and CSV exports.
‘Entire Document’ search predicate changes
The predicate has been renamed to ‘Text & Metadata.’
A tooltip has been added to the predicate outlining the metadata fields the predicate considers.
