Search Term Hit Reports – Progress Metrics
A progress bar and term-level metrics are now shown for in-progress search hit reports.
Add-ons to the Load Details Report
The Load Details Report now provides counts for extracted total, new, and duplicate documents. Also provided is the family relationship breakdown - counts for parents, attachments, and standalone documents.
- Addition of the following lists:
- Password Protected Documents: lists all password protected documents in the load.
- Corrupt Documents: lists all documents recognized as corrupt in the load.
- File Type: document count breakdown of all documents by file type.
Editing of Metadata and Coding in Search Criteria
Like text predicate values, users can now edit metadata and coding entries via mouse click.
Coding Group “Coded-In” Indicator (Viewer Page)
When viewing documents, an indicator is shown by each coding group letting users known which groups the document has been coded in.
Usability Improvements
- Username filter added to the ‘Share Search’ dialog
- Read-only fields are no longer present in the bulk coding dialog
Administrative
Corrupt documents with images no longer flagged for needing images during production
Performance Improvements
- Searches with inclusions now return much faster
- Production completion times have been greatly reduced
- Media files & 3D CAD files now render faster in the viewer
