Version 52 - July 2021
Review
Notification center UI/UX Updates
The page has gotten a facelift as part of a code refactoring an optimization effort.
Users can now delete notifications, switch between which notifications they want to see (background processes or site actions).
Near duplicate comparison percentages have been removed from Root documents
Near duplicate comparisons are built from a ‘Root’. As such, all similar documents are compared to IT, not vice versa. As such, removing the comparison percentages for roots should help eliminate confusion, and visually indicate that the root is being compared to all other documents in the similarity match.
.WAV media files can now be played in the viewer
Administrative
New download production with CloudStreamer Option
Instead of waiting for a zip file, users can now start immediately downloading their production components from CloudStreamer, right as they finalize the production.
Archive matters with CloudStreamer
Users can now download matter archives with CloudStreamer.
New progress metrics for load finalization
In addition to the standard 0 to 100% metrics visible when a load is getting pushed to the site, loads will now also show the ‘creating families’, ‘de-duping’, and ‘indexing’ processes that happen after initial load progress has hit 100%.
Additional fields added for auto-mapping recognition
We worked with Rational analysts to get a list of all mappings across all production sites. We then used these mappings to further enhance our auto-mapping suggestions. This will greatly reduce the frequency of times users will have to manually map metadata.
Users can now use slipsheets in native based productions
Slipsheets can now be used in native-based productions. Like withheld attachments, or attachments that contain redactions, any parent message containing an attachment will be imaged prior to production (as to prevent access to the native).
Slipsheets & Native Inclusion Functionality
- On the production slipsheet dialog, users can now choose whether:
- Natives are included or excluded for a slipsheet rule
- Natives that fall outside of that slipsheet rule are produced
- The text file produced alongside a slipsheet should match the language on that slipsheet.
